Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Suite of Spades mobile application ("the App") operated by Ganda Tech Services ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, do not download or use the App.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@suiteofspades.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Virtual Currency and Items

The App contains a virtual currency called "Gold" and virtual cosmetic items ("Artifacts"). Gold and Artifacts have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred between accounts. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and may be modified or removed at our discretion. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency or items.

• Gold may be earned through gameplay, daily bonuses, or watching rewarded advertisements.
• Gold is spent to access certain game modes.
• Artifacts are cosmetic only and do not affect gameplay outcomes.

4. Pro Subscription

Suite of Spades Pro is a monthly subscription ("Pro") that removes advertisements and unlocks all game modes. Pro is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings (Apple ID or Google Play account).
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change the subscription price upon reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the App
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to access servers, databases, or systems not intended for public access

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including graphics, game logic, code, sounds, and text — is owned by or licensed to Ganda Tech Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob (advertising) and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Card games are for entertainment purposes only; outcomes are determined by game logic and chance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ganda Tech Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of Gold, Artifacts, or account data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for a Pro subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends immediately and any Gold or Artifact balances are forfeited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
