Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Suite of Spades account and all associated data at any time.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days:
- Your account credentials (username, email, password hash)
- Your Gold balance and transaction history
- Your owned artifacts and cosmetic items
- Your game history and statistics
- Any profile or lobby data associated with your account
What is retained
The following data may be retained after account deletion:
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (not linked to your identity)
- Purchase receipts required by law for financial record-keeping (up to 7 years, as required by applicable tax law)
Subscription billing is managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel your Pro subscription, manage it directly in your device's subscription settings.
How to request deletion
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your Gold balance, owned items, and game history will be lost.
To request account deletion, send an email to:
Include the following in your email:
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your Suite of Spades account
- Your in-app username
We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
